Where are the dice!?
Hi! Hello! If you're visiting my shop and things seems a tad bare, not to worry! That just means I'm in between "drops"/restocks. Since I'm the sole maker in this gin--er--dice joint, I do sales in small (and sometimes not-so-small) batches.
Check out my Instagram or sign up to the mailing list for restock updates. In the meantime, might I offer you a nerdy sticker?
What do you mean by "handmade marks?"
I'm so glad you asked! Since the dice here at 7LD are made from start to finish by imperfect human hands (rather than, say... an ancient Eldritch entity), a die may sometimes reflect its fallible maker.
Handmade marks can refer to microscratches (which usually only appear in certain lighting/at certain angles), signs of UV repair patches, breached inclusions, tiny bubbles (which can happen despite using a pressure pot), and/or mold marks. But I like to think they're all proof of the hard work, time, and love put into making each die.
Whatever you might call these little marks, they are purely cosmetic and don't affect rollability in the slightest. And they'll always be clearly noted in each listing.
Are your dice balanced?
The simple answer: yes! They're perfectly balanced for casual play and at any table outside of a casino!
Only dice made in hermetically sealed chambers are 100% balanced. Not even factory-made dice like Chessex or Kraken are made in those!
But, to better ensure handmade dice are balanced, myself--and the majority of dice markers--use pressure pots to get rid of any large air bubbles that might affect the density of the dice! And are careful with the inclusions we use--ensuring that their density matches that of the resin's. Most importantly, we put time, research, and care into our craft!
How do I care for my dice?
Give your dice a +1 to their AC by following these simple guidelines for care:
- Store in a cool, dark place. Resin will yellow over time, it's the nature of the beast, unfortunately. But you can extend the aesthetic of clear designs by keeping dice out of direct sunlight and in a cool location.
- Roll on a soft surface like a lined/padded dice tray or box. This is to protect the dice as well as your furniture from those sharp points!
- If your dice get smudgy with fingerprints or potato chip grease (we're all guilty of snacking during games), a microfiber cloth and some elbow grease are a great way to get that polished shine back.
- Keep in mind that if you store your dice in a bag (especially with many other sets), there's a chance they might get a little too cozy. If new scratches appear, rubbing elbows with their peers is the likely culprit!
If I make separate orders during a drop, will you combine shipping and refund the additional postage cost?
First of all, I'm so excited you came back for more! Second... YES, of course! Just reach out to sevenluckydice@gmail.com or DM on Instagram and we'll get that sorted ASAP!
Do you accept commissions?
At the moment, I offer a limited number of Washi Dice commissions through 7LD's Ko-fi. Every month or two, commission slots will reopen there! Check the bottom of this page for the link to my Ko-fi.

Keep up to date on social media with reminders and calendar alerts regarding commissions!
Who should I contact about ancient curses?
Your local cleric is a great community resource for combating ancient curses! With spell services like Remove Curse and Greater Restoration, they'll have you curse-free in no time!
But also... consider this: does the curse make you a more powerful being? Do you get to rub elbows with some hawt and morally-dubious Fiend or a sessy motives-unclear Fey? Does it unleash your inner beast upon the patriarchy every full moon? Then... y no keep curse?
